select the Paypal option.

Via Bank deposit or EFT - secure standard!
To make purchases, email info@bulksmsportal.com requesting credits. Please include
the amount of credits you require as well as your username. You will receive an
invoice once you have completed the transaction; the proof of payment needs to be
emailed to info@bulksmsportal.com. We will load your credits
as soon as confirmation of payment is received or as soon as we have received the
confirmation of transaction.
